Gourish Goudar received the M.E. and Ph.D. degrees in computer science and engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani (BITS Pilani), in 2015 and 2022, respectively. From 2019 to 2022, he was a Senior Research Fellow (SRF) and from 2017 to 2019, a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) under MHRD, Govt. of India, in the Department of Computer Science and Information Systems at BITS Pilani. His main research areas are future networks and congestion management in high rate delay-tolerant/mobile opportunistic networks.
