The Department of Civil Engineering was established in the year 2008. In the 14 years, the department has progressed in various dimensions like academics, research and consultancy which enabled us to enhance knowledge. Our dedicated teaching and non-teaching faculty are supporting all the achievements. Our infrastructure has been state-of-the-art for which we thank our ever encouraging management. Quality of students and their achievements in curricular, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities have branded our department as a leading center of learning. The students of the department get into the industry through placements majorly and there is a high inclination towards entrepreneurship and research. The department is supported by a large alumni group. Students are introduced to global challenges and encouraged to take up projects in this direction. I am happy that our students have participated in co-curricular and extra-curricular activities held by our college and other colleges and won prizes.<\/p>\n
Every academic year our students are bagging VTU ranks, college level academic excellence, sports, and cultural awards.<\/p>\n
